Emergency Plumber Narellan

Some plumbing problems cannot wait: a burst pipe, a sewage overflow, no hot water in winter, or the smell of gas. If this happens in Narellan, call 0489 225 641 straight away. We attend urgent call-outs 24/7.

While you wait for us:

Burst pipe: turn off the main water tap, switch off the hot water system and move valuables away from the water.
Blocked toilet or overflowing drain: stop using the fixture and keep water running to a minimum.
Gas smell: do not use switches, flames or phones indoors. Leave the property and call your gas network’s emergency line or 000 if you feel unsafe.

Hot Water Repairs and Replacement in Narellan

When the water runs cold, the fix is either a repair or a replacement, and the right answer depends on the age and type of your system. We service electric, gas, solar and heat pump systems.

Signs that a system needs attention include no hot water, water that runs lukewarm, leaks around the tank, rusty-looking hot water, noises from the unit and a pilot light that keeps going out. We check the fault first and only recommend replacement when repair is not worth it. When you do need a new system, we help you choose the right size for your household. Read more on our hot water systems page.

Blocked Drains and CCTV Drain Inspections

A slow sink, a gurgling toilet or a bad smell from a floor drain usually means a blockage is building. Tree roots, grease, wipes and collapsed pipes are common causes in older properties.

We clear the blockage and, where needed, use a CCTV camera to see inside the pipe, so we fix the real cause instead of guessing. You get a clear explanation of what we found. See our blocked drains and CCTV inspection service.

Gas Fitting and Gas Leak Repairs in Narellan

Gas work must be done by a licensed gas fitter. We install and repair gas lines, connect cooktops, ovens and heaters, move gas points during renovations, and check for leaks. If you are building or renovating in one of Narellan’s newer estates, we can also quote on gas connections for new appliances. Visit our gas fitting page for details.

Leaks, Burst Pipes, Toilets and Taps

Small leaks waste water and can damage floors and walls long before they become visible. We repair dripping taps, running toilets, leaking showers, burst pipes and hidden leaks, using leak detection when the source is not obvious. If your water bill has jumped for no clear reason, a hidden leak is a common cause.

Plumber in Narellan , NSW FAQs

Do you offer emergency plumbing in Narellan?

Yes. Call 0489 225 641 for urgent problems such as burst pipes, overflowing drains, hot water failures and gas smells. We attend urgent call-outs 24/7.

Are you a licensed plumber in Narellan?

Yes. East Services holds NSW Licence No. 335891C, and our plumbers and gas fitters are qualified to carry out plumbing, drainage and gas work.

How much does a plumber cost in Narellan?

The price depends on the job. A simple tap washer costs far less than a hot water replacement or drain excavation. We inspect the problem, explain your options and give you a quote before starting.

Should I repair or replace my hot water system?

Many storage systems last around ten years. If yours is older, leaking from the tank or failing repeatedly, replacement is often better value. If it is newer, a repair is usually enough. We will tell you honestly which makes sense.

What should I do if I smell gas?

Do not switch anything on or off, avoid flames and leave the property. Then call your gas network's emergency line or 000 if there is immediate danger, and contact us for repairs once it is safe.

What should I do if a pipe bursts at my Narellan home?

Turn off the main water tap, switch off the hot water system and move valuables away from the water. Then call us on 0489 225 641 so we can stop the leak and repair the pipe.

Can you inspect my drains with a CCTV camera?

Yes. If a drain keeps blocking or the cause is unclear, we use a CCTV camera to look inside the pipe. This lets us find tree roots, damage or buildup and fix the real cause instead of guessing.
